Direct Alternatives - NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY
FINAL TRIM DOES NOT WORK. I WANTED TO SEND IT BACK AND GET A REFUND BUT WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS...THIS IS UNFAIR AND UNHEARD OF..I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND DID NOT LIKE HEARING NO REFUNDS...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOMEN ON THE PHONE WAS VERY COLD AND DID NOT WANT TO HEAR ANY THING..I ASKED IF THERE WAS A NO RETURN POLICY WHY WAS THERE A RETURN LABEL WITH THE PACKAGE AND GOT NO ANSWER..JUST I TOOK YOU OFF THE MAILING LIST...LOSING WEIGHT IS A BIG DEAL AND FINAL TRIM IS USING FALSE ADVERTISING.. THIS IS WRONG....THEY SHOULD AT LEST RETURN YOUR MONEY WHEN PRODUCT IS RETURNED..CUSTOMER SERVICES NEEDS TO TELL PEOPLE HOW YOU CAN RETURN PRODUCT NOT JUST TAKE YOU OFF MAILING LIST..NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR A PRODUCT THAT I AM UNSATISFIED WITH AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF USING EVER AGAIN
